Encapsulation

The Nutraceutical industry is constantly evolving and product formulation is critical to differentiating your product from others on the market. Our team of experts are available to assist you in creating a unique formulation to enable your products to stand out from the competition. Simply put your product should be second to none and convey the qualities your company desires and envisions.

Tableting

We produce all types of tablets including raw, coated, sublingual, chewable, and time-release variations. With control over the size, shape, color, and coating, we can customize all of your tablet needs. Our team of experts utilize a specialized proprietary granulation process to change the density and size of raw materials to facilitate optimal flow in the manufacturing process reducing down time and increasing efficiency. Our strict quality standards only allow tablets that have passed multiple testing parameters to be deemed acceptable for finished product release including but not limited to disintegration, friability, compression, and hardness.

Blistering

With a flexible range of custom tooling we are able to encapsulate your finished product in a blister card format. Finished product such as tablets, capsules, and soft gels can be suspended in these blister cards to ensure product protection, a sanitary barrier, and a convenient manner to ship. We have multiple variations of blister pack designs and layouts as well as being able to supply complete custom tooling or custom printed foil upon customer’s request. Our flexibility allows us to accommodate the client’s customized packaging including but not limited to custom cartons, and client provided foil.

Bottling

Our high speed packaging line consists of automated and pre-programmed machines consisting of capsule counters, desiccant/canister injectors, cotton injectors, neckband applicators, and adhesive labelers. Every aspect of the packaging process is overseen by highly trained operators, with quality department oversight, who consistently inspect product to ensure proper adherence and quality. Utilizing pressure and temperature sensitive bottle sealing technology ensures product safety, protection, and free of contamination.

OUR FACILITIES

Our state of the art laboratory and QA/QC team is guided by an experienced team of professionals assuring your product meets the strictest of industry guidelines. We diligently follow the FDA cGMP Federal code of regulations to perform in house testing for Raw Material ID testing, Microbiological and Heavy Metal testing.

We perform an array of industry specific testing to assure your product meets the highest criteria for safety, purity and quality. Our Analytical Laboratory is equipped with HPLC, FTIR, ICP/ MS, UV Vis, full physical and microbiological testing capabilities.

We guarantee a quick turn-over within our assured delivery date. The normal lead time is 4-8 weeks, which is inclusive of one-week raw material testing and one-week finish product testing before release. We are also capable of accommodating expedited orders based on product complexity.
